Quite a popular place for the locals. Various stores and cafes line the street on either side. The park is at the end of the block and it divides the regular town from the Embassies.

A huge park complete with a fountain and playground. It always seems so calm and cheerful; good thing the locals don't know what goes on in the shadows.
